We endeavour to pack and ship your order within 3 working days of receiving your order. You will be notified as soon as possible of any out of stock items or if your order cannot be shipped for whatever reason.
Delivery Schedule
From the date of shipping, packages within the UK should be delivered within 3-5 working days. Packages in Europe within 5 to 10 working days. For the rest of the world delivery times are difficult to calculate, but as a guide it should never take more than 28 working days from date of shipping. Please note that this information is to be used as a guideline only as we depend on third party companies to deliver your orders.
Returns Policy
Damaged goods should be returned to us with the original packaging within 14 (Fourteen) working days whereupon we will issue a replacement.
